Chop Chicago Steakhouse the best steak in Makati located at Greenbelt 5


                         

 I was able to win a P1000 GC from Breakfast Magazine promo and 1 from Chop Chicago steak twitter promo.

   The place is a bit dimmer so taking photo of the food and menu has to be taken many time with flash and without to get the outcome. Since the place we are sitting is dim there has been difficultly in taking picture especially for the menu since the background of the menu is black.

                   While waiting for our order the server gave some free bread with herb butter.

    My daughter order the French Onion soup which she said is not like what they taste in Hongkong. Did try it a bit and the beef broth is a bit strong. Since never try french onion soup have no idea what the actual taste it. Since I did not make the order no idea the actual price of the soup.
 

   My younger son order a charbroiled slab of Bacon which pork liempo broiled with honey sauce. The price for this is P320.00. Since it's lunch time there have to have some rice which we order some plain steam rice and another one which they call it cardiac arrest. Forgot to take the picture of the cardiac arrest rice but both rice order is good for 1 person.

  My grand daughter who super likes to eat french fries so her mom order their House fries which cost P180.00. Most of their side dish are price at P180.00

 
 This is  Chop Chicago8 oz steak with gravy which I won in their twitter contest which was cook medium rare.

The most expensive of our order the 21 oz Angus beef cooked medium rare which cost P2,300 which is suppose to be good for 2 but we share it for 4. Below is the slice angus beef a bit rare in the middle and it's a good thing my son did like it. My daughter learn to eat medium rare beef from her hubby and even said that when they cook beef at home they count to 10 on 1 side then another 10 on the other side to get the medium rare beef.

If your're a lover of steak I highly recommend the place nice ambiance, great for lover with it's dimly lit place. Food are great except if your're on a budget it will be painful to your pocket.
