My version of oyster cake

Clean oyster (use smaller oyster) and remove any shell attach to it you need 1 egg , onion (it better to use the chinese chives those that still have onion bulb and the leave are flat unlike spring onion can be found in Arranque market much fragrant), grated ginger and kamote flour, soy sauce if you like add toque or bean sprout.

Put everything in a bowl and mix together, since my family don't like to put toque it's all oyster.

The consistency will be like this as the kamote flour will absorb any liquid the oyster will produce and help the ingredients stick together.

Then add egg to the mixture but do not overmix them so that the kamote flour still bind with the ingredients.

This is how it will look when cooking. If you have difficulty in turning the omelet slide them first to a plate then put the pan on top of the plate and invert it.

This will be the finish product you can use sweet chili sauce as the chinese restaurant as condiment.

Since I don't like measuring and every people have different taste buds, if unsure try cooking a small piece of the oyster cake then adjust to your preferences.

My Stay at Discovery Suites Ortigas

This is the living room of our suite that has a great view of Ortigas Center. It has 2 bedroom a master bedroom and another room with 2 single bed both bedroom has their own bathroom and cable TV thus making it a total of 3 TV including the living room. And also the air-conditioning is centralize.
This is the lobby the staff are nice the only problem is that it's hot no air conditioning. I don't know if because they are upgrading their generator
In the lobby there is also the guest relation desk. The only complain is that there is few sitting area just this 2 seat in this whole lobby area. Hope then add more. Because while I was waiting a wedding entourage is in the lobby nowhere to find a chair to seat on.
This is the view from the lobby to where the rooms are. Really picturesque and nice lighting from the sun cost efficient
The kitchen in our room has all the amenity from home which you can opt to cook or call for a delivery. This overnight stay at Discovery Suite was won at Smart Parenting website. Thanks for our prize.
