Royale Sharkfin Seafood Garden a Must try resto

I have been really excited to try Royale Sharfin Seafood Restaurant when they start posting their menu especially their dimsun at 50% off. Now isn't that cheap and they do not have the time frame to get the discount.

Royale Sharkin Seafood Restaurant main hallway at the 2nd floor of the Pacific Center Building. You can either use the escalator or the elevator.

The interior of the Restaurant was spacious and the picture above is just half of it. There is still a few table at the back.

Guest Relation table

menu for dimsum
Just  check and place how many order you want for their dimsum.  There is a 50% discount on all dimsum during resto hours so you do not have to rush just to get them just like other dimsum house wherein they have a time frame to get the discount.

50% discount on other dishes also. With this discount who will want to go to other place to eat

table set up
calamansi, chili sauce and soy sauce

Pan Fried Norwegian Salmon
Crispy on the outside flaky on the inside. For me it was great to dip it in Mayo but my son prefer to dip it in light soy sauce with sesame seed. The Fruit salad in my opinion is not from the can since it was firm to the bite, it consist of the red papaya and pineapple.

Beef Ball
My first thought of the 50% discount will the beef ball be smaller? But when it came out it just as big as it should be,  some dimsum house Beef Ball has started shrinking in size but Royale they stay true to food.

fried rice roll
Now this is really cheap at P100 / order and less 50% who is stupid to make any complain about the price?
Pan fried pork bun

Inside the bun are some pork and cabbage even with a few filling it all are so tasty, even if it was toasted the bun is still super soft to the bite.

mini pork asado bun

Super Saucy and delicious another must try

                                               fried mini mantau

A bit tough in the fried part but delicious; did not use the condensed milk

 Ham Siu Kok

Crunchy when hot and not that oily like others. Great

They also have private room for small group of celebrant as seen on the picture above

Lifetime Asia Mom's Time Out at F1 Hotel

Lifetime Asia Mom's Time out is about how Dad cope with kids while mom was on vacation. The story was about 3 dads The Pangs from Singapore, The Jason from Malaysia and the Bailey from the Philippines.

The Mom's time Out at F1 Hotel gives mom some workshop from the how to make up, styling etc.

F1 Hotel located at Bonifacio Global City

                                                 The pre-registration line

Checking the list of winner and their companion afterward they hand you a bag of goodies which include a T-shirt and a Forever 21 make up kit (below)

inside the Ballroom

The Snack for the High Tea

Truffle mushroom Quiche
Below is a close up picture of the quiche.  Sandwich between the omelette are the mushroom for the truffle maybe they added the truffle oil

Scones
My first impression of scones is blant but this one is different I can see some raisin added to it but you can still add some jam if your wanted (below)

Fruit Tartlets
Below is a much closer view of the fruit tarts tarts shell is not soggy the fruits has the right sweetness.

Ham and cheese sandwich (below and above)  All picture were taken before the sponsor advice us to start eating. Did not take a close up view of the Lasagna since they put it out when they advice the guest to start falling in line for the food

While waiting for the food and the program to start we were advice that we can have coffee or tea. The coffee they serve are brew coffe while the tea is the Lipton tea bag.

Above is my take of the food including the Lasagna. The Lasagna was really delicious and very saucy.

Above is F1 version of Calamansi Ice Tea which is actually very refreshing using our own lime juice.

The announcer of the day forgot to jot down the name but she is a DJ from a radio station very lively.

The picture above show how to put up a mid day make up from brow, foundation, eyes and lips too bad was not able to continue some of the workshop about styling. Not even sure what the clothes are for since I have to rush back home to babysit.

I think at the end of the workshop The Bailey (who represent the  Philippines) in Moms Time out will be present. Since the announcer has already advice in advance that they will be present at the show.

Cafe Shibuya at Glorietta 2

Been trying to find time to visit Cafe Shibuya but since it's not in my destination route it took quite some time to visit it and finally I did; since I have to do something in Makati

This is the front view of Cafe Shibuya; they do not have their own shop but they are located on the walk way of Glorietta 2 level 3 which is beside Modern Shanghai and Bulgogi Brothers

Side view where the small glass panel you can also view their kitchen, looks a bit crowded although there are only 2 service crew inside therefore the service is a bit slow

                                                  1 of their table design

Match Green Tea Frapp

Refreshing and not overpowering even with a few dash of match green tea on top of the cream. Silky smooth not even a hint of crush ice almost like a milk shake

This design is quite interesting even though it might not be an actual book. Maybe they should have actually put some books or magazine while waiting for the food.

Kani Salad
A big plastic tong to mix all the veggies; but base on the picture there is still more veggies below since the plate is much deeper which is good for sharing. What took the server too long because they have to thinly slice the carrots and the shred the kani . There was also bits of ripe mango. Yummy but still need more dressing

Fish Florentina with tomato corn salsa and rice pilaf
The rice is good while the cream dory was fried to perfection then top with some shitake mushroom (I think they use fresh instead of the dry one) then top with cream sauce and some dash of either chili or cayenne pepper.  Worth every penny for the big serving
