Santis Deli-Cafe at Silang Cavite

     It's Friday again, time for delivery and collection at Laguna and Cavite which will take me and my son a whole day to finish this task.

     It was almost noon and my son did not know which resto to eat since we keep passing by other restaurant without any signage outside and upon seeing Santis we decide to dine there for Lunch.

Beef Steak Tagalog

        Their Beef Steak Tagalog cost P450.00 (Above and below) The reason why I took 2 picture of it to let you see the rice they use which is Basmati (an expensive rice) that you can really see each grain not too wet or too dry; while the beef was super tender

Bolognese Pasta

      Here they let you add the parmesan cheese yourself and there is an option to choose the pasta you want : spaghetti or penne. Should have not eaten the bread first so that I can clean up the sauce of the pasta. The pasta cost P480.00 per serving

     You can also buy some beef and the frozen section and have them cook for you with additional charges of course.

My personal Rating for this is 3/5 since the price is a bit expensive for just 1 serving

Angel N Kiss Another New Bakery from Korea

    As we are passing by D. Macapagal Ave. going to SLEX  to avoid traffic at Osmeña Highway in the morning; we pass by some new resto that is beside The Food Club so me and my son decided to make a stop over after our delivery.

     My son seeing them wearing a cute costume thought the bake shop was from Japan ; but upon inquiry with the staff they told me that it was from Korea

     Above and below are some of their bake products.  Hope they keep adding more in the near future

        The friendly counter staff of Angel N Kiss very helpful about their products, they even told me to go upstair and take some picture which I did.

     Above are some of their cake products. If only my ref is not full of chocolate lava and imported chocolate my daughter brought from Singapore would have brought some of it

                        Custard Cream    - P60.00
                        Coffee bun     - P60.00
                        Pizza Toast with ham in between - P70.00
                        Citron Cake   - P52.00 (like pound cake with a touch of butter)
                        Hot Dog or sausage bun   - P75.00 (delicious with a touch of onion in mayo dressing). Actually this is the 1st one we try and my son said it smell so great and indeed it even taste great.

Custard Cream

     Upon slicing this smiley face bun kept me thinking did I order a cheese bread?  But upon tasting that I know this one is the Custard Cream bun. The custard cream is just right not too sweet and the eyes in the custard is the chocolate

Sweet Red Bean Bun

      Actually they should have call it Sweet Red Bean Bun Surprise. At first thought you thought that the filling was all red beans but upon biting in the middle there is some crunch in it. Not sure if it's a nut inside but they did not contradict in taste. Even the Red Bean Paste really melt in your mouth consistency which unlike those added in the Hopia.

    This one is an added bonus which they gave it for free. Thanks Angel N Kiss for this. My overall rating for this is 4/5 since some of their bake goodies are a bit expensive

B & B Burger & Brewskies the Ultimate Comfort Food

    Was able to join Zodio invite to BB Burger & Brewskies food tasting and it was really great.  The ultimate comfort food candied Bacon.

Magarita w/ Lychee

     I was not a hard drinker but after taking a sip of this cocktail I can feel a strong heat in my chest and there was also a hit of the Lychee in the margarita. This is really a new twist in the original Margarita.

       What is the reason for this big pile of tissue? Well their burger are really juicy and it will surely dripped in your hand

     Since this fries was intended for my grand daughter we ask them to separate the chili which contain ground beef, beans just what ordinarily added to a hot dog. There is also another version for this that my daughter truly even love it better; ask the server to combine the cheese sauce and the chili from the fries and  your dipping sauce for the fries will be more richer.

        Burger topped with candied Bacon. Anything with bacon really taste good.

Cuban missile

     Grilled corn with some added spices. For a lover of chili it will not be that hot but for a 1st timer they might not take the heat.

Breakfast burger

     Why is it call Breakfast burger?  If you cut the burger bun there is a sunny side egg in it  that will ooze out. Until now it still kept me thinking how did they do it?  Top with shoe string potato and again with candied bacon with a hollandaise sauce.  Since I am full did not touch the burger but another blogger did try it and did saw the egg inside

   Why call it sinwich? As the owner explain inside the bread are slices of apple with candied bacon and the bread is did in beer batter then roll in potato chip and fried. After frying and serving to the client they will drizzle some honey on top of it. Really sinfull.

Ice Cream Dessert

     Vanilla ice cream covered with spice Chocolate powder and then topped with candied bacon. I almost not able to get a shot of this since my grand daughter love Ice cream so I have to tell her let me get a shot first before eating it

Buffalo Wings w/ blue Cheese

   B & B Burger & Brewkies has many version of the buffalo Wings since this plate is from the other blogger I just took a picture because cannot eat anymore food to full. They are all so yummy.
