Hokkaido Ramen Santouka has a guessing game in FB for a chance to win their signature Ramen dish and was glad me and my son won, so that each of us can try 2 of their signature dish.

My miso ramen have a slice of pork belly, slices of bamboo shoot and tenga daga with fish ball and spring onion. Their noodle are so chewy

My son order of Shoyu Ramen almost identical except he has a nori strip instead of the tenga daga.
Most Japanese Restaurant all have an imitation of their food on display so that when the client do order they have an idea what it is.
