Abe Restaurant located at Serendra, Fort Bonificaio Global City is an authentic Filipino Dish with touch of fusion. And the event I am attending is the launching of CIF Celebrity Endorser Suzie Entrata-Abrera.
Inside Abe Restaurant you will notice this old picture of maybe the owner of the restaurant.
The event time is 11am and I got late waiting for MRT for almost 15 minutes and another 15-20 minutes for the bus goint to the east section of Global City. and the above and below appetizer was the only thing I was able to get. Don't even know what is the third appetizer. Which after the event have to wait another 30 minutes at Market Market for the bus going to Ayala. Don't know if on weekend Bonifacio Global City minimze their bus.

The fish was indeed crispy but the accompany dip was not that great
Gising-Gising
Kangkong stem was used in this dish with coconut cream. There is really many version of the Gising Gising and you don't know which one is the original
Crispy Tadyang
Beef that was fried to a crisp a bit dry without the dipping sauce of the suka.
Pinakbet

Below those roast chicken are some chestnut which my first thought was the chicken liver
Leche Flan
If you notice the food being serve to the guest it's either fried or with coconut milk which are really very high in Cholesterol.
