The last Event of Doña Elena I was not able to attend and was able to send my sister to the event but this time MJ send me another email for their events at Hemady Square where there will cooking demo, contest, raffle and product info.

Below are the products of Doña Elena being sold.
Inside the event center where there are plenty of cooking enthusiasts. Got to make more friends and most of them love cooking demo since they also attend Nestle cooking class at Rockwell.

The pasta booth where you can choose 1 of the 2 pasta with the tickets given for the events. Carbonara and my guess Bolognese. (Above) At the same time you can also guess how many dry pasta in a jar and the winner was later was announce in the raffle portion. (below)
Doña Elena anchovy and sardines which guest have to choose 1 to be top in the bread with Olive Oil. I opt for the sardines since not sure if I will like the anchovy. Base on my knowledge from watching cooking show, they use anchovy to add saltiness on the food since when cook anchovy dissipate so you only get the taste. My sardines was delicious (above and below)
She is the product Manager handling Doña Elena Olive oil, olives, caper, and the Spanish Sardines.
On the other hand Ms. Chan handle the Doña Elena pasta Line.
Doña Elena also have an in house nutritionist who discuss about the health benefit. She is a professor and also an author. Sorry did not get her name since I did not bring along a pen; but surely you can catch her again in their next cooking event next year.
