Yabu really deserve to get the certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor with their super great customer relation for this reason.
Yabu has a contest in facebook to guess the name of their 4 new dish ( above and below picture) and my daughter was chosen to win the Iidako salad or Octopus salad.
We make an appointment to try the dish but on the day of the appointed date the personnel at Yabu personnel advice that the Iidako salad run out of stock which the management did not inform us about it. They replace it with the Wakame and potato and egg salad

Actually the seaweed salad was delicious and crispy just like the Chinese jelly fish. Even the potato and egg salad was great. After they have read my disappointment at Facebook they gratefully advice my daughter that they are going to give us a free of complimentary meal of our choice when we plan to come back again.

The Kurobota is really great for sharing, my daughter get the rice and half of the Kurobota while I get the cabbage, miso soup and the pickle vegetable which I really love. If only Yabu also sell them by the bottle will surely buy the daikon pickle.

Since my grand daughter was also there after her mom pick her up from school she order her prawn katsu meal.
Even with the free complimentary meal they also give out their usual unlimited rice, miso soup and cabbage.
I salute to Yabu for their hospitality and customer service that at least they admit some of their mistake and make up for it. Therefore there's no wonder that people keep coming back for their food and their unlimited items. There should be a 5 star award of Excellence for Yabu
