Buffet 101 (5 Star Dining without the 5 Star Hotel Price)

Buffet 101 outside sitting area for guest who still are waiting for their table

If you're not a good eater this might not be your choice of buffet as it's crowded  and  you will be overwhelm by so plenty of food  And if you are going to base the price on the quantity of the food you will be eating  Then you will be a loser as there is another set of price if there is left over P1,350.00. So be warned before going in. Don't be greedy in putting more food on your plate.

The different table setting inside Buffet 101.

The design of the dessert table really beautiful that it's the first thing I get. Congratulation to the chef to the beautiful pieces of dessert cup and cakes.

Below is the Japanese Section where they display the different kind of sushi.

The Chinese Section where there are dimsum and roast duck. Their Siomai is great but I preferred they remake some of their dimsum. The Roast duck or Peking duck are wrap in the usual wrapper with onion leeks and hoisin sauce. There are line here so better get it first.

My advice for the chef for the seafood below maybe better to put it in a hot dish . The shrimp are nice but not nice to be eaten cold. as this is not a dessert.

The Duck soup below is nice is made of cream base soup. Many people got this one instead of the regular soup since this is new here.

My pick of the buffet:  The shrimp, Shrimp Tempura, the small octopus (this one have tried it in Hongkong and they are delicisous really sweet and not spicy) the stuff Squid (the stuffing are great)  and the barbeque ribs.

As you can see my son really pile up on his crab and he has the regular pork and mushroom soup  and my Duck soup with pastry.

This are the few items I have eaten but to post all the food available at Buffet 101 will almost take quite a few pages.  Maybe I post them some other times when I will be able to eat there.
